Principal: Heritage
Christopher is a Senior Heritage and Architectural Consultant with more than 19 years of architectural, project management and consultation experience. Christopher has had extensive experience with the conceptual design, documentation and construction stages for significant state buildings and considerable experience coordinating with the NSW Government, Environment and Heritage NSW Branch.
Christopher has and is currently working on Transport House ‘Wynyard Green’ a NSW State listed and Sulman Award winning building constructed in 1935 which is located at 11-31 York Street Sydney. Christopher has been principal heritage consultant for the property for the past 10 years while working with MemoCorp, Navitas Limited and currently for Jobs For NSW.
Senior Architectural Designer
Irene joined the team at Nimbus in 2023. She is a Graduate of Architecture from the Barcelona Technical School of Architecture (UPC), with over 5 years of professional experience in Barcelona, Nepal and Sydney.
She began her career by participating in a Housing Improvement Program in Nepal following the 2015 earthquake. Irene then moved to Sydney in 2018 and joined a small architectural studio, where she was involved in all variety of projects from small alterations and additions to multi residential, commercial and industrial projects. This experience allowed her to further develop her knowledge and skills in a professional workplace environment and adapt her design criteria to different situations.
She enjoys working on projects throughout all stages, from concept design to completion. Irene has a passion for the use of natural materials, hand sketches and a special interest in the project management and construction process.
Principal: Architecture
Jesse is a registered Architect with more than 17 years of professional experience in local, national, and international projects. This work has been undertaken across the commercial, domestic, education, community, ecclesial, infrastructure, government, and health sectors.
Jesse has been part of several Sydney based practices with exposure to a large range of project typologies before establishing NA+H in 2015. Jesse’s strengths lie in broad skill base from design and documentation to contract administration and on site work. He enjoys being part of the holistic design process from early sketch ideas and concepts through to the constructed reality. Jesse is currently engaged in post-graduate study which compliments his practice as an Architect.
Associate and Practice Manager
Jessica is a registered architect and educator with over 15 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design. She has had a varied architectural career across projects in residential, commercial, heritage, hospitality, education and aviation sectors. Through her previous roles, she has been involved with all aspects of project development, from inception and concept design through to documentation, construction and contract administration.
Jessica also works in education, holding a position at the University of Technology, Sydney for the past 5 years where she teaches Design Studio in Interior & Spatial Design, Interior Architecture and Architecture degrees.
She enjoys understanding her client’s needs to seek considered design solutions that respond to the site and brief whilst embracing the realities of budget and programme requirements. She hopes that through an open dialogue with the client to create something that is practical, functional and fun.
Architectural Designer & QSE Manager
Ingrid joined the Nimbus Architecture and Heritage from Perth, WA after completing a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture (Coursework) degree at the University of Western Australia where she studied under different Perth based architects. Moving to Sydney has heightened her love for architecture and art with its vibrant city life.
Ingrid is an enthusiastic and driven person who thrives on a challenge. She is passionate about art, history and designing spaces that last. She is also open to learning new things and works hard on bettering herself and her work. Throughout her studies she enjoyed the vast collection of projects, each of which had different sets of requirements allowing her to acquire various skills. Some of her favourite units focused on sustainable living and climate adaption, conservation, and furniture design.
Architectural Graduate
Katrina joined Nimbus Architecture and Heritage in 2024 after completing a Masters in Architecture from the University of Sydney. Passionate about the spiritual dimension of architecture, she blends pragmatism with poetics to create spaces that resonate with and uplift communities. Her approach led to her thesis project, “Divine Impressions,” receiving the NSW Australian Institute of Architects Student Award for Architectural Communication. Katrina adds a traditional touch to her craft through hand drawing, and still life painting in her spare time.
Architectural Designer
Maria completed her Architecture studies in Argentina. During her studies, she won a scholarship to study abroad in the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. Maria has had the opportunity to work internationally in Argentina and the US. These experiences opened her mind and boosted her love for art, history and architecture.
She is particularly interested in innovative architecture that uses efficient methods to respond to the needs and constant changes of our society.
She is a highly focused, self-driven and hard working individual. Her willingness to learn and desire to strengthen her creativity positions her as an inspirational member of the team.
